Fixed scope removes buyer hesitation and keeps everyone focused on outcomes rather than timesheets. You know the deliverables, the timeline, and the investment before we start — and we carry the accountability for delivering within it.
Every review ends with a prioritised roadmap. From there you can implement internally, engage us for delivery leadership through a project engagement or monthly retainer, or blend both. There is no obligation to continue beyond the fixed scope.
